Follow these steps to install your ORA eSIM using the QR code.
We recommend doing this one day before you travel so everything is ready upon arrival:
š Log In & Open Your Dashboard
Visit orasim.io and sign in to your account.
Go to āMy eSIM Portfolioā and select the plan you want to install.
š³ Reveal Your QR Code
Click on the plan card and switch to the āInstallationā tab.
Tap āUse QR Codeā to reveal it on screen.
š„ Scan or Tap the QR Code
On the same iPhone where youāll travel with the eSIM, point your camera at the QR code (or tap it if youāre already viewing it on that device).
When prompted, tap āInstallā, no extra menu navigation needed.
ā Follow On-Screen Prompts
Your iPhone will show a series of prompts (e.g., āAdd Cellular Planā). Tap āContinueā or āInstallā as directed.
Wait a few moments for iOS to finish downloading and setting up the eSIM.
š Confirm Installation
After setup completes, youāll see a confirmation screen (e.g., āCellular Plan Addedā).
Tap āDoneā to exit installation.
āļø Enable Data Roaming
Go to Settings ā Cellular (or Mobile Data).
Tap the newly installed ORA provider plan (e.g., ā3HK eSIMā or āUbigi Global eSIMā).
Toggle Data Roaming ON to ensure the eSIM activates when you arrive.
Make sure Data Roaming is OFF for any other SIM/eSIM profiles.
š Thatās it! Your ORA eSIM is now installed and ready to auto-activate the moment you land at your destination.
