What happens to the unused data after the validity period?

With ORA, any remaining data in your eSIM plan is forfeited once the validity window ends.

Here’s what that means:

  • No Rollover: After the expiry date (as shown under “Technical Specifications”), any unused gigabytes are gone—you can’t recover or transfer them.

  • Plan Ends Completely: The eSIM profile remains in your dashboard, but that specific data bucket is no longer active.

  • How to Avoid Losing Data:

    1. Monitor Usage in “My eSIM Portfolio” so you know roughly when you’ll run out.

    2. Top Up Early—if you see you won’t use all your data, you can still buy a Top-Up before expiry and extend both your data balance and validity window.
