Your ORA eSIM data package expires in one of two ways:
š End of Validity Period
Each ORA plan has a set validity window (for example 7 days).
The countdown starts the moment you scan/tap the QR code to activate, check the āTechnical Specificationsā on the plan details page for the exact period.
Once that timeframe passes, the package automatically expires, even if you havenāt used all the data.
š Data Allowance Is Fully Used
If you consume all your data (for example, 3 GB, 10 GB, or 20 GB), your package becomes unusable immediately, even if days remain.
The plan remains technically valid until the end of its window, but you canāt browse once the allowance is gone.
š« What Happens to Unused Data?
If your plan expires by date and some data is still remaining, unfortunately, that leftover data is lost, thereās no way to recover it.
To avoid wasting data, keep an eye on your usage in āMy eSIM Portfolioā and top up before your allowance runs out.
š How to Check Your Expiry Date
Log in to your ORA account.
Go to āMy eSIM Portfolio.ā
Select the active planāyouāll see:
Tip: If you know you wonāt use all your data before the expiry date, consider purchasing a Top-Up to add more allowance and fully utilize the planās validity period.
