How can I check my current ORA data usage?

Check ORA data usage via your dashboard:

Monitoring your data usage is easy with ORA. Just follow these steps:

  1. 🔑 Log In to Your ORA Account

    • Visit orasim.io and sign in with your Magic Link or social login.

  2. 📂 Go to “My eSIM Portfolio”

    • In your dashboard, click on “My eSIM Portfolio.”

  3. 🕵️‍♂️ Select Your Active Plan

    • Find the provider plan you want to check (e.g., “3HK eSIM” or “Ubigi Global eSIM”).

    • You’ll see your used data, remaining balance, expiry date, and other plan details displayed right there.

  4. 📈 Review Usage Details

    • The data indicates how much you’ve consumed and what’s left.

    • If you’re running low, click “Top-Up” to add more data instantly—no QR code or reinstall needed.

By checking “My eSIM Portfolio” regularly, you’ll always know your usage and avoid unexpected overages.


Check ORA data usage via iOS settings:

  1. Open settings.

  2. Select mobile service (alternatively, it may be called cellular):

  3. Lower down in the page, you'll be able to see your current SIM/eSIM mobile data usage per period.

Check ORA data usage via Android settings:

  1. Open settings.

  2. Tap connections.

  3. Tap on data usage – here, you'll see all the data used on your SIM, Saily eSIM, and Wi-Fi connections.
