Where can I check my ORA eSIM balance?

You can view your eSIM data balance and expiry date anytime in your ORA dashboard.

Here’s how:

  1. 🛠️ Log In to Your ORA Account

    • Go to orasim.io and sign in with your Magic Link or social login.

  2. 📂 Open “My eSIM Portfolio”

    • Once logged in, navigate to the “My eSIM Portfolio” section.

  3. 🔍 Select Your Active eSIM Plan

    • Click on the specific provider plan (e.g., “3HK eSIM” or “Ubigi Global eSIM”).

    • You’ll see your remaining data balance, expiration date, and usage details on screen.

  4. 🔄 Top Up If You’re Running Low

    • If your balance is low, click “Top-Up” next to that plan.

    • Choose a refill package, complete checkout, and your data balance updates instantly, no new QR code needed.

By checking your balance regularly, you’ll always know when it’s time to top up and avoid running out of data while traveling.
