Yes, you can reinstall an "ORA eSIM", but the process depends on whether the profile is still on your device or has been deleted.
Here’s how it works:
1. 📲 If the eSIM Profile Is Still on Your Phone
Re-enable Without Reinstalling:
Open Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data).
Locate the ORA provider plan (e.g., “3HK eSIM” or “Ubigi Global eSIM”).
Tap Enable or Turn On for that profile. 🔛
Result: Your eSIM becomes active immediately, no additional QR code or purchase is needed.
2. 🗑️ If You Deleted the eSIM from Your Device
Reinstall with a Replacement Card:
Log in to your ORA dashboard and go to “My eSIM Portfolio.”
Find the provider plan you want to reinstall.
Click “Buy Replacement Card” next to that plan. This generates a new QR code.
On your travel device, scan or tap the Replacement Card’s QR code and follow the prompt to Install.
Verify the eSIM profile appears under Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data) by its provider name.
Result: Your eSIM will reactivate as soon as you enable Data Roaming in your destination country.
Tip: To avoid buying a Replacement Card, keep your eSIM installed even when not in use. That way, you can simply re-enable or top up the plan later without reinstalling. 🔄
