The number of ORA eSIMs you can install depends on your device model. Here’s what you need to know to make the most of your connectivity:
🔋 Device eSIM Capacity
iPhone: Some models can store up to 10 eSIM profiles.
Android: Most devices support up to 7 eSIM profiles.
📶 Active Usage Limits
You can only use up to two eSIMs at the same time (for example, your physical SIM + one eSIM, or two eSIMs).
To switch between plans, go to Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data) and select which eSIM should handle your data or voice.
🔄 Top-Up Your eSIM
Instead of installing multiple profiles, you can top up your ORA eSIM Portfolio with destination data plans as needed. Simply:
Open Your Dashboard 📂
Log in and go to “My eSIM Portfolio.”
Select “Top-Up” 🏷️
Click “Top-Up” next to the eSIM you want to refill.
Choose Plan & Checkout 🛒
Pick a data plan, complete payment, and (if prompted) select which eSIM to credit.
Your eSIM’s balance updates instantly, no extra steps needed.
📱 Managing Multiple Devices
If you travel with more than one device (for example, a phone and a tablet), you can install separate "ORA eSIMs" on each under the same ORA account.
This keeps all your plans organized in one place and lets you top up each eSIM individually from the dashboard.
