How to turn off an eSIM?

Follow the steps below to deactivate an ORA eSIM on your device without removing the profile entirely.

On iOS Devices

Follow these steps to quickly deactivate an eSIM on your iOS device:

  1. Open Settings

    • Tap the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Select Cellular

    • Scroll down and choose “Cellular” (or “Mobile Service” on some iPhones).

  3. Choose the ORA eSIM Profile

    • Locate the plan you purchased via ORA by its provider name (for example, “3HK eSIM” or “Ubigi Global eSIM”).

  4. Toggle the Line Off

    • Switch “Turn On This Line” (or “Enable This Line”) to Off.

On Android Devices

  1. Open Settings

    • Go to the Settings menu on your Android phone or tablet.

  2. Tap Connections

    • Select “Connections” (or “Network & Internet” on some models).

  3. Access the SIM Manager

    • Choose “SIM card manager” (or “SIMs”).

  4. Disable the ORA eSIM

    • Locate the plan you purchased via ORA by its provider name (for example, “3HK eSIM” or “Ubigi Global eSIM”).

    • Toggle its switch to Off to deactivate.
