If you see an error when installing your ORA eSIM, check the following:
Internet Connection 🌐
• Make sure you’re online (Wi-Fi or your home SIM) so the eSIM profile can download.Free eSIM Slot 📂
• Most devices allow 5–10 eSIM profiles. If you’ve hit that limit, delete or replace an old profile before installing.Already Installed? 🔄
• If you’ve installed this ORA plan previously, you’ll need a Replacement Card (see Installation → Replace eSIM in your dashboard) rather than trying to install the same QR again.Device Compatibility & Unlock Status ✅
• Confirm your phone supports eSIMs and is unlocked. Check “How to Check if My Device Is eSIM Compatible?” for details.
