How to Take a Screenshot for ORA Support

If our ORA Support Team asks for a screenshot to help troubleshoot an issue, follow the steps below to capture your screen and send it along:

How to Take a Screenshot on Android 🤖

  1. With a Physical Home Button

    • Press & Hold Home + Volume Down simultaneously.

    • You’ll see a confirmation flash or hear a shutter sound—your screenshot is saved in the Screenshots folder.

  2. Without a Home Button

    • Press & Hold Power + Volume Down simultaneously.

    • After the confirmation flash, find your image in the Screenshots folder.

How to Take a Screenshot on iOS 🍏

  1. iPhone 8 / Older Models & iPad / iPod touch

    • Open the app or screen you want to capture.

    • Press Home + Power (Side/Top) at the same time.

    • A thumbnail appears in the bottom-left; your screenshot saves in Photos → Albums → Screenshots.

  2. iPhone X / Later (No Home Button)

    • Open the app or screen you need.

    • Press Side Button + Volume Up simultaneously.

    • Look for the thumbnail, then find your image in Photos → Albums → Screenshots.

  1. To find the screenshot, head to photos -> albums and tap on the screenshotsfolder.

  1. Once your screenshot is saved, open your email app or the ORA live chat.

  2. Attach the screenshot file when describing your issue.

  3. Send it to [email protected] (or paste it into the chat), our team will use it to diagnose and resolve your problem quickly.
